Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has announced that he is permanently closing his Michelin-starred restaurant in London, Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road, saying that he needs to “ease the pressure” in his life and spend more time with his family. In a statement, Ramsay said that the decision to close the restaurant was made with “great sadness,” but that he wants to “achieve a better work/life balance.” Ramsay went on to thank his staff for their contribution to the success of the restaurant and promised that he would “look after them in the future.”
