IHOP announced it is rolling out a limited-time menu of biscuits nationwide for the first time ever as the chain looks to fight slowing sales. The new menu item features homemade buttermilk biscuits served with a choice of toppings such as ham steak with cheese, fried chicken, fried catfish, and more. The biscuits are also available as sides for sandwiches and entrées. The chain hopes the new menu will help attract customers who may not have gone to the restaurant in the past.
