Stacy Rector, who’s son was killed by an underage shooter in 2019, has been speaking out about the need for a “red flag” law in the state, allowing law enforcement to seize guns from people deemed a danger to themselves or others. While her efforts have been unsuccessful so far, she remains committed to the cause and hopes to effect change in the future.
