Comer and MTG have not asked the Department of Justice (DOJ) specifically whether Hunter Biden has violated sex trafficking laws. However, MTG’s attorney Sean McMahon said in October 2020 that his firm takes “very seriously” reports that suggest such activity has occurred. They have requested more information from the DOJ in order to properly investigate the claims.
