It is unlikely that the United States will directly intervene in any potential conflict between Hamas and its current allies, Iran and Hezbollah. However, it is possible that the United States would increase its involvement and support for Israel in providing intelligence, strategic, and logistical guidance in response to an attack by Iran and Hezbollah against Israeli forces. In addition, the US could potentially take a stronger diplomatic stance in order to pressure Iran to prevent their forces from getting involved in the conflict.
