Yes, Amazon is raising the free-shipping minimum from $25 to $35 for some customers who don’t have Prime memberships. This change, which began on June 2, 2020, applies to items sold by Amazon, not third-party sellers. Currently, Amazon Prime members are able to get free two-day shipping on orders of $25 or more and free one-day shipping on orders of $35 or more. Customers who don’t have Prime memberships must now spend $35 to get free shipping, otherwise they will need to pay the regular shipping fee.
