A 14-year-old, identified as Anwaruder Ratchapol, has been arrested in the wake of a mass shooting in a shopping mall in the northern Thai province of Nakhon Ratchasima. At least 3 people, including a child, were killed in the shooting after the teenager opened fire with an M16 assault rifle. Ratchapol is believed to have stolen the gun from the home of a soldier, and had posted messages to Facebook hinting at what he was about to commit, but those posts were removed shortly after the shooting. The motive for the shooting is unknown.
