The House Oversight Committee has issued a subpoena for former White House Counsel Don McGahn to testify about his role in the handling of classified information related to former Vice President Joe Biden. The subpoena requests McGahn to appear for a deposition on July 10th and provide the Committee with documents related to the handling of the documents. McGahn has previously been subpoenaed for testimony and documents by the House Judiciary Committee during its investigation into possible obstruction of justice by President Donald Trump.
